Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with banks, regulators, and financial institutions
• Manage credit risk assessment and loan appraisal processes
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investments
• Prepare MIS reports for senior management review
• Monitor financial performance against targets and provide variance analysis
